Bare Necessities Tallow Bar Soap
My mom actually gave me the idea for this soap at a winter farmer's market, telling me she'd heard that tallow was good for the skin.
Well, let's just say that she wasn't kidding! From my own experience using this soap, and from my market customers, the Bare Necessities Tallow Bar Soap makes your skin feel HEAVENLY!
The beef tallow moisturizes, mimicking the oils your skin naturally creates. The coconut oil is wonderfully cleansing, while creating luxurious lather. Paired with this, we have mango seed butter and rice bran oil, which moisturize your skin and help create a harder, longer-lasting bar. The olive oil and castor oil aid in providing moisture, with the latter creating a gorgeously bubbly lather.
This recipe has quickly become a favorite, to the point that I've made it my main base recipe.
Ingredients: Beef Tallow, Water, Coconut Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Olive Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Mango Butter, Castor Oil, Goat Milk (Reconstituted)
